Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order is processed and shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns
The porduct will not be replaced if the tag on the product is removed or damaged in any case!
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement (subject to stock availability).
You will be asked to provide a video of the unboxing to help us process your replacement quickly and avoid any conflicts.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will offer a replacement.
Important Notes:
Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a replacement.
Shipping costs for returning a damaged or incorrect item for replacement are covered by us.
